Variable frequency screw compressor Product description:
On-demand gas supply: Traditional fixed-frequency compressors match
demand through a "load-unload" cycle. When unloading, the motor
still consumes a lot of electricity (about 20-40% of rated power)
when idling. The variable-frequency compressor directly reduces the
motor speed,
reduces the gas output, and the motor input power decreases almost
in the same proportion (power and speed are approximately in a
cubic relationship).
Eliminate unloading losses: Completely avoid the energy waste of
fixed-frequency machines in the unloading state.
Reduce pressure difference losses: Usually it can operate in a
smaller range closer to the target pressure (narrower pressure
bandwidth), reducing the energy consumption caused by the system
pressure difference.
Significant power saving effect: Under conditions with large load
fluctuations (which is the norm in most factories), the
comprehensive power saving rate can usually reach 20%-40%, or even
higher, and the investment payback period is short.
